This consortium provides farmers with comprehensive support – from materials and processing expertise to financing and market access. Seventy smallholders have already benefited from the program, gaining the ability to preserve harvests and command premium prices.

The initiative supports India's goal of doubling farmer incomes by 2022 while simultaneously reducing food waste. Its environmental and economic contributions earned the Solar Impulse Efficient Solution label, a prestigious international sustainability certification.
