Product Description
Multi Span Greenhouse with Hot Water Heating System for Cold Climate
Product Overview

The Wellgain WG-MSH-4000H is engineered specifically for greenhouse operators in cold and temperate climate zones who require dependable year-round production capability. This advanced multi span greenhouse integrates a hot water boiler heating system with double-layer inflatable film covering and an aluminum foil energy-saving curtain to create a highly efficient thermal envelope.

The hot water heating system circulates heated water through strategically positioned steel pipe radiators along the perimeter and under growing benches, delivering uniform heat distribution throughout the structure. Combined with the insulating air gap created by the double-layer film and the reflective thermal screen, the system maintains optimal growing temperatures even when outside temperatures drop well below freezing.

This greenhouse is ideal for winter vegetable production, ornamental plant nurseries, and any crop requiring stable temperature conditions regardless of external weather. The modular design allows easy expansion as your operation grows.

Application Cases
Tomato Production – Kazakhstan
25,000 sqm heated greenhouse operating through -25°C winters. Delivers fresh tomatoes to major supermarkets year-round with 45 kg/m² annual yield.
Flower Cultivation – Russia
15,000 sqm greenhouse for roses and tulips. Heating system maintains 18°C minimum during -30°C Siberian winters. Supplies 3 million cut flowers annually.
Herb Production – Mongolia
8,000 sqm installation for basil, cilantro, and mint production. Year-round operation replaced seasonal imports with locally grown premium herbs.
Frequently Asked Questions
What type of boiler is recommended?
We recommend coal-fired boilers for lowest operating cost, gas boilers for cleaner operation, or biomass boilers for sustainability. The choice depends on local fuel availability and cost.
How much does heating cost per square meter?
Heating costs vary significantly by climate, fuel type, and crop requirements. Our engineering team provides detailed operating cost projections as part of project planning.
Can existing greenhouses be retrofitted with this heating system?
Yes, the heating system can be integrated into most multi span greenhouse structures. We provide retrofit assessments and customized installation plans.
What backup systems are available?
We recommend dual-boiler configurations with automatic switchover, backup generators for circulation pumps, and thermal storage tanks for short-term heat retention during emergencies.
